When you are on a product page, you will in some cases have the option to choose the condition of your product (condition: A, B, C or D). If no choice is available, this means that your product is in new condition.

B: Reconditioned and in good condition, with slight traces of use visible at close range.
C: Reconditioned and in acceptable condition, with slight traces of use visible from a distance.
D: Reconditioned and rather degraded, with serious traces of use.
Whether our products are in new or refurbished condition, they are all in excellent working order. New products are guaranteed for two years and refurbished products are guaranteed for 6 months.
